The Samahons (my sister Linds, bro-in-law Tuan, and cousins Ben and Caleb) joined us for the holidays and we kicked it off by attempting a live nativity Christmas Eve. Caleb insisted on being baby Jesus (he's in Tuan's arms.) Carter wanted to be the shepherd, only because he could drape in his beloved "kiki=blanket", and Benjamin was the happy angel declaring good news and holy mayhem as he tackled all other cast members. After the less than 2-minute reinactment, we all sang "Happy Birthday to Jesus" and ate brownies. It was a magical and unforgettable evening!
